Bentley officials said 90 percent of the brand's models will have hybrid variants in 6 years. The firstborn of the luxury brand, which already has this technology in stock, was unveiled at the auto show in the capital of China. It should be noted that quite a lot of hybrids among other car brands have appeared recently. However, the super-expensive British car Bentley has become a hybrid for the first time. This is why the Hybrid Concept has been dubbed the most luxurious hybrid in the world.
The novelty is based on the Mulsanne model. Its hybrid powertrain is capable of reducing CO2 emissions by 70 percent. In this case, power is not lost, but on the contrary increases by 25 percent. Only using electricity (without recharging) the car will be able to travel a distance of 50 km. It's a shame that the manufacturer did not present other exact characteristics at the exhibition in the capital of the Celestial Empire. Rather, the point is that Bentley did not aim to focus on this particular model. The British wanted to present the technology itself. Literally in 2017, this installation will receive a new crossover. And by the beginning of 2020, hybrid versions will have almost all models of this manufacturer.
